People! People: anyway whether they are active and looking for progress, or just absolutely narrow-minded and caring only about themselves. It motivates me to recognise how we can improve our planet. For this it is great to see the ideas, the power and the credos of the active ones. But to analyse how to change the world with the help of couch potatoes is at least as inspiring. ( lire plus...)

The main thing nowadays is the issue of "peace" everywhere in the world. When I attend international programs I am asked if my people are terrorists, as though all Muslims especially Pakistanis are terrorists. Really I’m very upset and disheartened now by hearing this from a lot of people and even very well educated people. We in Pakistan are peacekeepers. We believe in peace.
My area is still far behind in development, peace operations and unemployment as compared to the rest of the... ( lire plus...)

I am inspired by the written word and by the actions of those determined to bring about change in this world. After reading the book, "The Irresistible Revolution" by Shane Claiborne, I discovered that world peace is possible but it requires us to change the way we live our lives, the way we take in our surroundings, and the way we experience the world around us.
